Today we were lucky enough to have a visit from Nicola Cole who is an Olympic ambassador. She talked to us about the 3 Olympic Values- Friendship, Excellence And Respect.
Nicola told us that the Olympic Motto is- Faster, Higher, Stronger. We learnt about what the first Olympic Games were like (and that they wore no clothes!)
Nicola went to the olympics in Athens and Beijing for rowing.
