T11 and T12's visit to Te Hapua (Halswell Library)

Today T11 and T12 were lucky enough to be able to have a special session at Te Hapua with their Children's Librarian, Sarah. We walked down to the library which was a pretty cool as we could practice the road safety rules we had learnt yesterday with Constable Ross!

When we got to the library one class had stories with Sarah, while the other class got to read some books and have one issued.

Dan, another librarian was very helpful. He helped us to find some awesome books for lots of us to get out.

We really loved being able to explore! It was fun to just find a quiet spot and just sit and read too- especially with a buddy or 2!
