This afternoon our Year 7 and 8 children ran some wonderful activities for our whanau groups. Children were mixed with others right through out the school- from NE through to Year 8. The senior children came up with their own activity that related to Te Reo Maori. There were some great lessons prepared! Some of the activities included-
Making sherbert, basketball skills, making paper fortune tellers, Lego building, plays, outdoor games.... And many more!
We all had a lot of fun. A huge thank you to the Year 7/8 children and Mrs Baxter for all their hard work!
Here are some photo highlights of our afternoon-
