Huritini and Pukeko's trip to The Cathedral and Gardens- Thursday 1st December

Today we all went on a big trip to the Christchurch Transitional Cathedral and the Botanical Gardens. We had a wonderful day and it was lovely to have lots of parent helpers along sharing the fun.
The children sang beautifully at the Cathedral and put a present under the tree. At the Gardens we had lunch at the Peacock Fountain, played in the giant climbing tree and then headed over to the playground area for a big play and lunch. There were lots of tired children (and adults) on the bus back to school!
